Component-level health for the LLM APIs your stack depends on.
IsLLMDown is designed to collect as little information from visitors as possible. This page describes what we do collect, what we do not, and how to reach us if you have questions.
The dashboard uses Vercel Analytics to record aggregate, anonymous page-view counts. Vercel Analytics does not use cookies and does not store personally identifying information. The aggregate metrics include data points such as total page views and which pages were visited; they do not include any individual visitor identifier. Vercel's own privacy documentation describes their data handling practices in detail.
We do not operate a user-account system, so we do not collect names, email addresses, passwords, or any other account credentials. We do not use third-party advertising trackers at this time, and the site is currently ad-free. We do not sell, share, or transfer visitor data to any marketing platform or data broker. We do not maintain a server-side database of visitor activity — the site is a static dashboard served from public infrastructure, with no per-visitor state stored anywhere we control.
The site does not set any cookies. It uses the browser's localStorage for one purpose only: to remember whether you have dismissed the optional support banner, so that the banner does not reappear on every visit. The value stored is a single flag; it lives only in your own browser and is never transmitted to us or to any third party.
The reliability data displayed on the dashboard is fetched from each provider's official status page (StatusPage.io endpoints). That data is itself public, is aggregated by our collection scripts, and is stored as a static JSON snapshot in the project's public GitHub repository. The status data contains no information about individual visitors to this site.
The dashboard contains links to each provider's official status page, to GitHub, and to a Buy-Me-A-Coffee donation page. When you follow one of those links, you leave this site and become subject to the destination's own privacy policy. We have no visibility into what those destinations do with your visit.
The site is not directed at children under thirteen. We do not knowingly collect any information from children.
If we change what we collect or how we use it, this page will be updated and the "Last updated" date at the top will move forward. There is no separate notification — visitors are encouraged to check this page periodically.
